My keys.
Last week, I misplaced my keys and looked for them for two days. I needed them because there are some drawers that I needed to urgently access in the office. After two days and when almost giving up- I told God, please God, you can see where those keys are, please help me, I need them.
(Can you see how we go to God as a final result-another rebuke on my part)
Thanks to God- He is so merciful. He still listens to us anyway.
Immediately after pleading to God for help, while on my way to dropping the girls to school...Kendi screams-Mum Keys, I can see some Keys. They were somewhere hidden on the back seat. I shouted! My keys, My keys ! Thank you Jesus! Kendi smiles with that look of – and me? Then I tell her-Thank you Kendi...She warmly says ....Welcome Mum
Jesus used her, barely three hours after I had made my prayer that morning. I am not even sure she knows I was looking for keys. But who cares, God used her anyway.
I hope your Totos are being used of God in the most little of ways, praise Him!....allow God to use them.
They are His remember!
Oh I know what it means for God to use our babies to bless us.
ReplyDeleteThe day before Mother's day, Samara and I had gone to visit my mum and after eating water melon to her satisfaction Samara decided to share and so she would go to my mum, bite the watermelon, carry it in her mouth and deliver it to me. She did this three times and it truly warmed my heart.
It reminded me of how birds feed their young ones so faithfully and how God provides for us because we are wholly dependent on Him.I was amazed that such a young child(16months) could be able to express her love to me in such a manner. At that point,I just thanked God for the gift of being a mum and the gift of being His child.
