God-Centered.
During the Easter weekend we had a lunch break somewhere on our way to Malindi. All of us were starving and all we needed was to inhale some food.
We ordered for food. When the waiter brought the food, one particular food plate stood out for me. So I post it here today
The Banjias (I am not sure if that is the right spelling)
The reason the plate looked unique to me was that it reminded me of a sermon that I once heard. The sermon was about having a proper perspective in life and allowing God to be at the center of your life.
I looked at the tomato sauce in the middle and I asked myself if God is still at the centre of my life. We need to have God at the Centre of our lives, only then can everything else fall in the right perspective. If you have less of God in your life/ or positioned wrongly - you start demanding so much from others, your husband, your children trying to fill a void that only God can fill. So as mums, the best we can do to ourselves is ensure that God is always the core- the center -the only and -the first in our lives. I can assure you, if God is where He is supposed to be in your life, everything else will fall in the right place.
When you think of this plate of Banjias, think of where God is in your life.
Have a God Centered week.
