Taking medicine

So, after battling with my kids on taking medication. I figured out that I better keep all the syringes (of course with no needle) that I get from hospitals and use them for taking medicine.

So I have them in all shapes and sizes. They came in handy depending on the size of the bottle. And guess what?

They are good because you get the accurate measurements unlike using the teaspoons.

And the kids get to push the medicine in by themselves, something they consider so much fun.

So no more fights while taking medicine, but sometimes we still do, when they dislike the taste of the medicine, but trust you me, it still much easier because it does not get to spill all-over me, and sometimes before they know it, I have pushed the medicine right in – and they are on their way to swallowing.

Once I have used them, I clean them up and sterilize them.

  1. I agree my dear with our boy Adriel we had really struggled by singing songs and trying to hold him down just to get hat spoonful of medication into his mouth without spilling it all out..until we got this prescription that came with a syringe oh our lives have never been the same again he enjoys opening his mouth for the syringe n before he realizes it the medicine is going down his throat and we are all happy...
